Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aayi.ai platform, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by RDN Biofuture ("Aayi.ai", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

The Aayi.ai doctor and hospital portal is available to licensed, registered healthcare professionals only. By creating a doctor account, you confirm that you are a licensed medical professional in your jurisdiction. Patient access is granted by invitation from a registered doctor only.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately at hello@aayi.ai of any unauthorised access
• One account per licensed practitioner; institutional accounts are managed separately

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Services to:

• Monitor and support your patients' health between clinic visits
• Send digital prescriptions, reminders, and health information to patients
• Track patient compliance with medical advice
• Access AI-assisted clinical summaries and trend data
• Manage clinic appointments and patient records via the Clinic PMS

4. Prohibited Use

• Using the platform to practice medicine without a valid licence
• Sharing login credentials with unlicensed individuals
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or extract our AI models
• Using the platform for commercial purposes other than your own clinical practice
• Uploading false, misleading, or harmful medical information
• Violating any applicable law including data protection and medical regulations

5. aayi Companion — Scope and Limitations

aayi Companion provides evidence-based informational responses to patient health queries. It is:

• Not a diagnostic tool
• Not a replacement for clinical consultation
• Curated by medical professionals and aligned to WHO and NMC guidelines
• Configured and supervised by the patient's treating doctor

Aayi.ai is not liable for any clinical decision made based on aayi Companion responses.

6. Data Ownership

Patient health data belongs to the patient. Doctor clinical notes belong to the doctor. Aayi.ai processes this data as a data processor on your behalf. We do not claim ownership of any patient or clinical data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual Property

The Aayi.ai platform, AI models, brand, and all associated technology are proprietary to RDN Biofuture. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services during your subscription term.

8. Subscription and Payment

Aayi.ai offers a free pilot programme for qualifying clinics. Paid subscription plans are available for full access. Pricing is displayed on the platform and is subject to change with 30 days' notice. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

9. Uptime and Support

We target 99.5% platform availability. Planned maintenance will be notified 24 hours in advance. Support is available via email at hello@aayi.ai with a target response time of 24 hours on business days.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aayi.ai's total liability for any claim arising out of the use of the Services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may immediately suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days before deletion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. For users in the UAE, local UAE law applies in addition. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved by mutual negotiation, followed by mediation, and then binding arbitration.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
