We are building India's most trusted maternal and child health platform — and we need driven, people-first Business Development Executives to grow the Aayi doctor network on the ground. You will be the face of Aayi to Gynaecologists, Pediatricians, and clinic teams, helping them understand how Aayi transforms patient care and grows their practice. This is a high-impact, field-facing role with direct exposure to the founding team and fast career growth.

• Partner with Gynaecologists and Pediatricians to onboard them onto the Aayi platform
• Expand the Aayi Doctor Network across your assigned territory
• Increase adoption among expecting mothers by enabling doctors to recommend Aayi
• Strengthen long-term relationships with enrolled doctors and clinics

• Visit clinics, hospitals, and maternity centres to present the Aayi platform to doctors
• Schedule and conduct in-person and virtual demos tailored to each doctor's workflow
• Follow up with leads, handle objections, and guide prospects through onboarding
• Maintain a daily activity log, pipeline tracker, and visit reports
• Collect doctor feedback and relay it to the product team
• Represent Aayi at medical camps, CME events, and community health programmes
• Meet and exceed monthly targets for doctor activations and patient app downloads

• Experience in any sales or business development field (healthcare experience is a bonus — not mandatory)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you can hold a confident conversation with a doctor and a clinic receptionist equally well
• Genuine passion for pregnancy, motherhood, and women's health

You'll be the person who keeps Aayi's product running reliably — finding bugs before users do, debugging issues across the stack, and making sure every new release ships cleanly. This is a hands-on role that sits at the intersection of software quality, AI-assisted operations, and technical communication. You'll work directly with the development team and report on product health in real time.

• Understand and document the full software development lifecycle — from feature spec to release
• Test the Aayi app (Android & iOS) end-to-end for bugs, regressions, and edge cases
• Identify, reproduce, and report issues with clear steps and severity ratings
• Analyse real-time incidents — crashes, API failures, sync issues — and escalate with structured reports
• Write and maintain test cases, test plans, and QA checklists
• Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) and prompt engineering to speed up testing, documentation, and debugging workflows
• Monitor deployments and flag performance or reliability concerns before they reach users
• Collaborate with developers to verify bug fixes and close issues

• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile workflows
• Basic development or scripting skills — enough to read code, reproduce bugs, and write simple test scripts
• Strong debugging mindset — you don't stop at "it's broken", you find out why
• Experience or strong interest in AI tools and prompt engineering
• Ability to write clear, structured bug reports and technical summaries
• Comfort with real-time issue analysis — reading logs, tracing API calls, interpreting error messages
• Familiarity with testing tools (Postman, browser DevTools, mobile testing) is a plus
• A healthcare or health-tech interest is a bonus, not a requirement

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, or deployment workflows
• Familiarity with Android/iOS testing tools (Maestro, Appium, XCUITest)
• Basic knowledge of SQL or JSON for data verification
• Previous experience in a startup or early-stage product environment

You'll own Aayi's social media presence and content pipeline end to end — from writing posts to editing short-form videos to keeping the website up to date. This is a creative and strategic role for someone who understands both storytelling and distribution. You'll also manage content for our partner clients, so multi-tasking across brands is part of the job. Prompt engineering and AI-assisted content tools will be a core part of your daily workflow.

• Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn for Aayi and client accounts
• Write compelling captions, carousels, blogs, and scripts — in English, Hindi, and/or Telugu
• Edit short-form videos and reels (trending formats, educational content, product demos)
• Maintain and update the Aayi website — adding new pages, updating copy, refreshing sections as the product evolves
• Review and proofread all outgoing content for accuracy, tone, and brand consistency
• Use AI tools and prompt engineering to produce high-quality content faster — text, image, and video
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and share weekly reports
• Coordinate with the founding team on campaigns, product launches, and announcements

• 1–4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Strong writing skills — you can switch between formal (doctor-facing) and warm (mom-facing) tones
• Basic to intermediate video editing skills (Reels, Shorts — tools like CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
• Comfortable making minor website edits (HTML/CSS basics or CMS experience — no deep coding needed)
• Experience using AI tools for content creation (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, etc.)
• Attention to detail — you review before you post
• Able to manage multiple client accounts without mixing up brand voices
• Understanding of maternal health or healthcare content is a strong plus

• Experience running paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, YouTube Studio)
• Content creation in Telugu or Hindi for regional health audiences
• Photography or graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Figma)
