Access renews every year. You can cancel before renewal and we will never charge you again.
What is the difference between the Annual and Lifetime plan?
The Lifetime plan at ₹2,999 is a single one-time payment that covers everything in the Annual plan — plus lifetime access to all future features and updates, priority support, postpartum & newborn care modules, and coverage for your second pregnancy too. No renewal, no extra charges, ever. If you plan to use aayi for more than 18 months, the Lifetime plan saves you money from day one.
Is aayi.ai really free for doctors and hospitals?
Yes — completely free, forever. Any registered OB-GYN doctor, pediatrician, or clinic gets the full clinical dashboard including patient compliance tracking, automated reminders, 30-second before-visit summaries, and unlimited patient profiles. No credit card, no trial, no hidden costs. We believe healthier patients start with empowered doctors.
Do hospitals or multi-doctor clinics need a separate enterprise plan?
Individual doctors and small clinics can get started entirely for free — no separate plan needed. Multi-doctor hospital chains and large maternity networks that need white-labelling, HIS/EMR integration, population-level analytics, or SLA support should contact us at hello@aayi.ai or call +91 88857 28555 for a custom enterprise quote.
Is there a free trial or a refund policy?
Annual plan subscribers can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase — no questions asked. The Lifetime plan carries a 14-day satisfaction guarantee: if you are not completely happy, we will refund every rupee. Doctors are always free, so no trial is needed.
